First document – $30 + HST

For documents that require more than one signature from the notary – $5 + HST per additional signature.

Second and subsequent documents for the same client – $10 + HST per additional document, with $5 + HST per additional signature.

True copies more than 4 pages long – an additional $5 + HST per fifth page

Travel fee – $20 + HST (must be paid in advance)

There are some affidavits and statutory declarations Moira can draft on behalf of a client – $20 + HST

For group appointments of two or three people, the travel fee will be divided equally among the clients. For groups of four or more, the travel fee will be waived.

Payments

For mobile services, payment can be made via debit card, credit card, cash if the client is able to provide exact change, e-transfer, or Paypal.

For online services, payment can be made via e-transfer or Paypal. Credit and debit card payment options available soon!
