The information we include during the process of providing surfaces are name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. This contact information will not be shared with other parties unless required by law and will not be used to solicit additional sales from a client. We also store copies of the client’s ID and the document(s) the notary has certified, and receipts which include means of payment and the amount paid.

This information is stored electronically, encrypted, and in a password-protected computer. Only Moira Moore has access to this information.

The law requires that Mobile Notary Services retain documents for three years, after which they may be destroyed. During this three-year period, clients can apply for copies of the documents being stored by Mobile Notary Services.

During the use of the website, cookies will collect information in order to provide a smoother experience using the website and when revisiting the site.
